All registrations with NewWorks are final once payment has been successfully completed.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including participant cancellation, absence, scheduling conflicts, medical reasons, or personal circumstances.

As NewWorks provides event registration services rather than physical products, no returns or exchanges are applicable.

Participants are responsible for reviewing their registration details before completing payment. In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical or payment gateway error, please contact us with valid payment proof for verification.

If an event is postponed, your registration will remain valid for the revised date. If an event is cancelled by NewWorks, an appropriate resolution will be determined at our discretion.

NewWorks reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
